DUPLICATING THE CLIENT CONCIERGE PAGES FOR A NEW CLIENT


Step 1: Login to your website access here.

Step 2: Follow this guide on duplicating the pages:

  1. Navigate to Pages
  2. Locate:
    SETTING UP THE CLIENT CONCIERGE FOR NEW CLIENTS
  3. Click the three dots next to the key on the far right

   4. Select: Duplicate

   5. Rename immediately to:

Client Concierge – [Client Name]

Example:

Client Concierge – The Miller Residence

STEP 3: Set Visibility & Permissions

This is important for confidentiality.

In Page Settings:

  • Set page to:
  • Password protected
  • Create unique password
  • Send securely (not embedded publicly)


STEP 4: Replace Placeholder Content

Now customize:

Update:

  • Hero headline
  • Welcome message
  • Project phase
  • Timeline
  • Deliverables list
  • Payment section
  • File links
  • Embedded forms

Remove all placeholder text.

Be careful not to:

  • Break global elements
  • Modify site-wide components unintentionally
  • Edit the MASTER TEMPLATE by mistake



STEP 6: Connect Dynamic Elements (If Applicable)

If using:

  • Forms
  • File request uploads
  • Embedded Google Drive folders
  • Payment portals
  • HoneyBook links
  • Calendly links

Confirm:

  • Links are client-specific
  • Automations trigger correctly
  • Notifications route to correct inbox

Test everything before sending access.


STEP 7: QA Checklist Before Sending

Run this quick internal check:

✔ Correct client name throughout
✔ No other client references
✔ Password tested
✔ Links open properly
✔ Forms submit correctly
✔ Payment links functional
✔ That you make all edits to the Desktop/Tablet and Phone Versions
✔ No leftover placeholder text

Click republish in the upper right hand corner of the screen.


Customize Links in the Client Concierge (As Needed)

If you’re using Zoom Webinars:

  • Registration is built in.
  • You can schedule multiple reminder emails.
  • You can customize timing (24 hours, 1 hour, etc.).


Important Limitation

If you are scheduling standard meetings without registration, Zoom does NOT allow custom reminder timing. It typically sends only:

  • A confirmation email
  • A default reminder (usually 1 hour before)

You cannot adjust that 1-hour reminder inside basic settings.

   4. Select: Set Access

   5. Scroll down to Set Page Access

   6. Enter Password

   7. Republish the site in the upper right corner of the screen.
